WHO ARE WE ?
LVBCHA is a HUD-certified 501(c)(3) housing counseling agency dedicated to educating and preparing individuals and families for homeownership. Whether you’re buying your first home or re-entering the market, we provide trusted guidance, personalized counseling, and financial tools that build lasting stability.

Over 100 individuals received one-on-one counseling
4 families prepared to become first-time homeowners
More than $65,000 in rental assistance distributed
